Hazop+ - Actions

The actions which are assigned during Hazop study sessions are documented in the action sheet. Further, linked, actions can also be added to existing actions. Each action is linked to an existing study record.

Some of the key features of the Actions data sheet are listed below:

• Spreadsheet style layout for rapid entry of text.
• Resizeable rows and columns.
• Edit existing actions and add new actions linked to actions created in the study sheet.
• Find text in either visible sheet or all records.
• Bookmarks to allow the user to rapidly move between action records.
• Spell check on selected column, visible sheet or all records.
