Using Study and Action Headings

The Study Headings data sheet allows the user to select the study headings to be used in the Study data sheet. Each study heading corresponds to a column in the Study data sheet grid. The caption for the Study data sheet grid column is either the study heading name or the key value, depending on the View-Headings As Key menu option setting.

The Action Headings data sheet allows the user to select the action headings to be used in the Actions data sheet. Each action heading corresponds to a column in the Actions data sheet grid. The caption for the Actions data sheet grid column is either the action heading name or the key value, depending on the View-Headings As Key menu option setting.

The study headings are also used when creating the risk ranking matrices. They may be either the dependent or independent variables in the matrices. When the values for an independent study heading variable are completed in the Study data sheet the value for the dependent study heading is automatically entered in the sheet using the value determined from the associated risk ranking matrix.
