LCCWare Local Variables
A local variable can only be used with the cost function in which it was originally defined. The cost function can be assigned to any cost node and different values of the local variables could be assigned for each of these instances. Similarly to global variables local variables can be either constant or time dependent.
Constant local variables have a fixed value through time at the cost nodes at which the cost function they ar associated with is applied. Time dependent local variables have values at every time point in every time sequence at the cost nodes which the cost function they are associated with is applied.
Various tools assist in entering the values of time dependent local variables. These allow selected time points to be set to a single value, multiplied by a value or set to a linear interpolation between the two end points.
